    No, we do not provide training services.

  4. Does Nexus Funded provide trading signals to clients?
    No, we do not offer trading signals. Traders are expected to demonstrate their skills independently.


 

Trading Platforms and Packages

  1. Which trading platform does Nexus Funded use?
    We use the industry-standard cTrader platform for trading. For details about our trading packages, please refer to the platform section on our website.

  2. Can I purchase multiple packages at the same time?
    Yes, you can purchase and manage multiple packages simultaneously, up to a maximum allocation of $400,000 per client.

  3. Can I switch to a different package after passing the challenges?
    No, packages cannot be changed after passing the challenges. You must start a new challenge to trade with a different package.

  4. Are open lots limited or unlimited?
    Open lots are unlimited, but all trades must comply with our trading rules.


 

Challenge Process

  1. Have any clients successfully passed the challenges?
    Yes, many clients have successfully passed the challenges and are now funded traders. Testimonials and case studies are available on our website.

  2. Do I have to pass the challenges within exactly 4 days?
    No, you have up to one year to complete the challenge. However, to meet the trading history requirement, you must trade for a minimum of four days.

  3. If I reach the 10% profit target before 4 days, can I pass the challenge early?
    No, you must meet the minimum trading history requirement of 4 days.

  4. After passing the first challenge, do I need to pay for the second challenge?
    No, the second challenge is free once you successfully pass the first one.


 

Fees and Refunds

  1. Can I withdraw the package fee after passing the challenges?
    Yes, the package fee is refundable once you become a Nexus Trader.

  2. Does Nexus Funded refund the package fee after passing the challenges?
    Yes, we refund the package fee after you successfully pass the challenges and become a Nexus Trader.

  3. Does Nexus Funded charge commissions on real accounts? If yes, how much?
    Yes, the commission on real accounts is $3 per lot.


 

Risk Management Rules

  1. Are the daily loss and maximum drawdown calculated based on the package amount or equity?
    Both daily loss and maximum drawdown are calculated based on equity.

  2. Do the daily loss and maximum drawdown rules apply after passing the challenges?
    Yes, these rules remain in effect even after the challenges have been passed to ensure responsible risk management.


 

Documentation Requirements

  1. I don’t have a passport. Can I still receive a real account after passing the challenges?
    To progress to the Nexus Trader phase, you must have a passport, a national ID, and proof of address.
